La Continental Automotive în România, peste 7000 de oameni lucrează în centrele de cercetare şi dezvoltare din Timişoara, Sibiu şi Iaşi şi în unităţile de producţie din Sibiu, Timişoara şi Braşov. Continental Tires

Fabrica de anvelope Continental din Timişoara este cea mai modernă din Europa. Iniţiată în anul 1998 ca proiect “Greenfield”, fabrica a fost ridicată din temelii şi utilată la cele mai moderne standarde europene. Zilnic, peste 1250 de angajaţi contribuie prin munca lor la siguranţa şi confortul conducătorilor auto din întreaga lume.
Utilajele de producţie ale fabricii sunt din punct de vedere tehnic cele mai moderne de pe piaţă şi sunt utilate cu senzori de siguranţă pentru a asigura o maximă protecţie a angajaţilor în timpul muncii. Angajaţilor le sunt oferite de asemenea instructaje de specialitate pentru a opera utilajele şi aceştia beneficiază regulat de traininguri de protecţia muncii.

Responsabilitati

Information management is at the very heart of the Interior Division, which provides a range of products that includes instrument clusters and multifunctional displays, control units, electronic car-entry systems, tire-monitoring systems, radios, multimedia and navigation systems, climate control systems, telematics solutions and cockpit modules and systems.

Job Description:

* Collecting the relevant requirements from all the documents and other technical documentation produced by the customer and internal stakeholders
* Responsible for reviewing and getting the agreement of all stakeholders (e.g. client, external auditors, legislation) for the system requirements

* Supporting the definition of the functional and non-functional system requirements of the product

* Analyze drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the customer requirements
* Analyze, engineer, elicit and refine the requirements of the product needed by the development disciplines teams (e.g.: Software, Hardware, Mechanical)

* Support and synchronize with disciplines members in regards to requirements updates, open items

* Organize Requirements and complete specifications assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology

* Maintain records and files of work and revisions

* Identify (functional) risks and proposes measures

* Supports error analysis process (e.g. checks system impact)

* Implement and maintain the traceability of the internal requirements with the customer's requirements

* Quality assurance exposure

Job Requirements:

* Process experience on Change-, Version- and Requirements Management

* Tool know how for Change-, Version- and Requirements Management

* Automotive and Communication Standards (CAN/LIN/Flexray/Ethernet) basics

* Good knowledge of the product components (Electrical, Software, Mechanical engineering)
* Presentation, Project Management skills

* Ability to synthesize (taking complicated things and explain them in easy-to-understand manner, talent in showing ideas graphically)

* Communication skills (clear, concise, adjust message to audience)

* Technical English (German - would be a big plus)

* Enjoys investigating, asking questions, take initiative
